A nice, very pale colour draped in a bright and luminous fabric with light golden hints.
An intense and delicate nose, full of finesse with notes of flowers of almond trees, white peach and acacia.
Ample and generous on the palate with a very fresh attack around nectarine. This wine has a great generous finish with ample salinity. The finesse and freshness impart elegance and delicacy to our wine.
Pink Flamingo Gris 2018 will come to the fore in combination with Atlantic red mullet served with just-warm Mediterranean vegetables.
